Danaher Corporation Tele-sales Business Development Representative (Bilingual - English and Spanish) - Remote in Miami, Florida

FOBA is looking for a Tele-sales Business Development Representative to join our team! This role can be based remotely in the US (Eastern or Central time zone) or on-site in Wood Dale, IL @ Videojet Technologies global headquarters. Territory – Mexico.

Job Description and Responsibilities

Are you looking for a brand-new opportunity to help grow a new side of business? Join Alltec/FOBA Laser and help us help our customers to make their mark by writing with light!

  • Phone-based new customer acquisition, lead generation and lead nurturing in the Mexico (proactive outbound calls and nurture campaigns to identify and qualify needs and acquire new customers)

  • Data collection and maintenance, documentation and classification of generated leads and opportunities in our Salesforce CRM portal and MQL (Marketing Qualified Lead) handover to Sales for follow-up

  • Close coordination and collaboration with Marketing and Sales team

  • Positioning Alltec/FOBA equipment as a strategic advantage for customers’ long-term marking and etching goals

  • Cross-department collaboration to ensure the best team wins.

  • Maintaining Danaher foundation of integrity and compliance – “Your Integrity; Our Success.”

    Your Qualifications :

  • Motivated and competitive sales professional with a strong drive to succeed and a natural hunter of new business

  • Results and goal driven and very detail-oriented individual with strong timemanagement skills

  • Ability to communicate effectively over the phone, as well as professional handling of PC, Internet and MS Office products

  • Business fluent in Spanish and English

  • Initial experience in telesales and dealing with customers is an advantage, but not essential.
