Danaher Corporation Sales Lead Coordinator in Miamisburg, Ohio
We are seeking a Sales Lead Coordinator to help us sell or renew our products, systems, and/or services via telephone or electronic means to customers in an assigned territory, industry or accounts.
You will ensure a proper qualification of all incoming leads and handover to sales. You will also assist the North America lead generation team and corporate marketing team with the lead generation actions in the sub regions. You will also safeguard a healthy marketing generated pipeline and alignment with Sales to drive additional funnel value and conduct actions to improve the quality of the leads in the sub regions.
Other responsibilities include the following:
Capture and administer leads coming from different sources
Qualify all leads in a short timeframe based on defined priorities
Support corporate marketing or North America lead generation campaigns
Conduct probing conversations with customers and potential customers
Answer incoming calls and initiate follow up actions
Support sales with marketing related requests. Collaborate with local Sales teams to ensure proper handling and working of Marketing Generated Opportunities.
Other duties as assigned
Salesforce.com & Database management
Introduce leads/qualify leads/fluent handover of high and medium opportunities from marketing to sales
Follow up on Salesforce.com compliance by sales with marketing campaign - train and assist when required
Provide customer feedback to the Marketing and Sales teams
Maintain & enrich our CRM database with quality data
