Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for repair, installation and maintenance of equipment at customer site Improve customer satisfaction through a high level of response and service to the account Close customer service calls in a timely manner in order to generate invoices, etc. Manage call escalations by being able to identify, own and track any issues with an account Value sell - manage an account by understanding where more services, products can be offered

Qualification
Technical field service experience with mechanical, electrical, electronics, pneumatics, hydraulics troubleshooting and repair. YEARS OF EXPERIENCE:

2-5 years of experience in service and repair of machinery PERSONAL TRAIT PROFILE: Analytical - Synthesizes complex or diverse information: Collects and researches data; Uses intuition and experience to complement data; Oral Communication - Speaks clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations; Listens and gets clarification; Responds well to questions; Demonstrates group presentation skills; participates in meetings Teamwork - Balances team and individual responsibilities; Exhibits objectivity and openness to others' views; Gives and welcomes feedback; Contributes to building a positive team spirit; Puts success of team above own interests; Able to build morale and group commitments to goals and objectives; Supports everyone's efforts to succeed. EDUCATION:

Associate in Applied Science Degree /technician or military equivalent
