ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead a team of two senior analyst to help deliver strategic pricing & analytical support for our key accounts customers, projects deliveries, contractual agreements working cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Legal and other functions
Primary contact and lead of the private water pricing support, driving the process of establishing and sustaining our strategy in that segment (Geography, product portfolio, exchange rates, tax and duties) to drive growth and profitability
Establish a strong business partnership with the Key account leaders, to drive projects, advising and recommending pricing strategy, navigate terms and conditions with the support functions, and maximise customer satisfaction as well as competitiveness
Collaborate with the Commercial Analytics teams to help establish a robust foundation of data and KPIs between leading indicators and performance KPIs, and deliver meaningful analytics for decision making.
Provide insights into contract adoption, gap analysis and corrective actions aligned with the account managers, and in coordination with customers
Monitor price application and initiate countermeasures
Propose price modification for specific market/product segments to expand share of Hach as prime supplier
Provide periodic updates and insights to senior management on pricing performance & KPIs, as well as action plan update
Use Continuous Improvement tools to drive process improvement as it pertains to pricing strategies and implementation and intersecting business processes.

Ability to lead complex projects from ideation to execution, work cross-functionally, framing scope, workload, and drive to results
In-depth and breadth of expertise in multinational pricing
Profound conceptual and innovative thinking to develop complex solutions
Proven agility to work with an effective daily management, guiding self and others, based on direction from management
Masters of MBA in economics, Finance, or Pricing/ International Business management
A minimum of 5 to10 years successful experience in an analytical commercial role (Key account, Pricing, or commercial Finance) with direct or indirect people leadership and influce to drive growth in strategic segments
Highly data literate and systems knowledgeable (Analytics modeling, Business intelligence e.g. PowerBI/ Qlik, ERP e.g. Oracle/ Infor, CRM e.g. SalesForce)
Fluent in English [German and French being a plus]
