This position is a unique opportunity to drive customer retention and growth through our OEM Sales Channel. With the relevant training provided to learn our products and industry, you will support a range of Videojet coding and marking equipment including industrial small character inkjet, high resolution case printing, labelling systems and Thermal Inkjet and Laser solutions.
As OEM Technical Support, you will:
Support on-site and remote pre-sales activities to assist OEM Account Managers with developing technical solutions for complex projects
Manage trials up to installation, defining equipment and accessory requirements, custom hardware and software
Serve as single point of contact for OEM customers from sales offer to installation
Create technical documentation to support sales offers and equipment installations
Prepare and deliver technical trainings to OEM team
Your Education and/or Background Experience will have:
Technical Engineering degree or equivalent experience level
Minimum 3 years of technical experience with coding and marking industry
Good command of English
Ability to work and build strong relationships with customers
Highly organized, able to prioritize multiple complex projects with a high sense of urgency and quality
Willingness to travel 25-50%
