Danaher Corporation Systems Sales Executive in Milano, Italy
We are currently looking for a System Sales Executive, who will be responsible for the expansion of the Italian business through the acquisition of new customers in different market segments, growing the installed base and conquering new land.
Works closely with the Sales Manager, Territory Managers, Marketing and the other relevant internal stakeholders to design and execute adequate sales activities to achieve and exceed the country targets
Leads complex deals to gain new customers and expand the existing number of accounts, from prospecting to closed won
Identifies new business opportunities using effective territory mapping, networking and prospecting. Follows up on marketing qualified leads for new land and convert them in sales opportunities when appropriate
Runs the Sales Funnel and the customer data through CRM (SFDC)
Maintains margins, profitability, prices and system productivity according to company guidelines and policies
Delivers monthly reports and quarterly sales plan updates
Scientific background (Biology, Molecular Biology or similar) is an advantage, but not mandatory
At least 3 years of Sales experience, preferably in the Diagnostics, Medical Devices, Healthcare, Pharma industry, is important
Sales hunting skills: a shown understanding of tactical sales skills: prospecting, qualifying, negotiating and closing
Native Italian and a proficient English is required
SalesForce.com is a big plus, as well as the ability to do reporting. Uses Microsoft Office Suite with proficiency to drive the operations and the business
