We are currently offering the following position that can be worked on a hybrid basis from our Milton Keynes office, or remote if you live further afield.


Come join a dynamic team at the EMEA Demo Center (EDC), a vibrant hub orchestrating the demos with Leica Microsystem's state-of-the-art solutions. You will be part of a multinational team spanning four European countries. Embrace an exciting opportunity to drive impactful demonstrations and shape the future of our innovative products in the industry.


  • Manage EMEA's medical division demo pool by ensuring a sustainable demo process throughout the lifecycle of demo devices for the region

  • Conduct daily review approval, scheduling and rescheduling conflicts, and release requests with our Demo Management System in SAP

  • Coordinate shipments with our logistic partners in a cost-efficient manner and work closely with sales to monitor demo inventory against budget, including optimizing demo usage rates


  • Demonstrable experience coordinating projects

  • Strong communication skills and sound business acumen

  • Fluency in English essential, written and spoken. Further European language is desirable
