Service Operations Specialist
A minimum of 3 days a week in Milton Keynes office.
This role will cover our customers in Iberia therefore Spanish is essential for this role.
This is a key position which provides support to Internal Service teams in all forms and medias. This will include but is not limited to Service Contract and MP creation. Processing spare part returns from customers and field service engineers. Processing of completed Work orders for customer Invoicing.
Process customer orders for Service Contracts.
Create Maintenance plans jobs (PM’s) for the Field Service engineers in SFDC.
Process all completed work orders from Field Service engineers through to Invoicing the customer.
Process spare parts returns and monitor their progress through the process.
Maintain Service Inventory.
Process credit resolutions for customers in accordance with the Credit Control department.
Work closely with the complete Service Delivery team to ensure all necessary transactions are completed in a timely manner.
Book collections with logistics companies.
Complete PRL documents for Field Service engineers to be able to access customer sites
Identify fields of improvements and optimization and work with the different Services team members to prioritize and roll out continuous improvement activities and projects
Abiity to engage with key stakeholders
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Preferred experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM
Previous experience in an SAP environment is desired
