Esko Brand Solutions is a mature, fast growing software business unit within Esko. Our North America Brands Headquarters is in Chicago, IL. Our software solutions portfolio supports and manages the labeling/artwork/packaging and print processes for Brands in consumer-packaged goods (CPG), food & beverage, life science, and retail customers.

Our Software Solutions include workflow/approval management, enterprise digital asset management, artwork creation, 3D visualization, store visualization, structural design, prepress, workflow automation, quality assurance, and palletization software.

Primary responsibilities and key activities:

  • Manage the performance and sales turnover of your products in the different regions by strong market understanding and by identifying/defining actions to increase sales of product(s)

  • Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify product improvement and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth

  • Create 1-3 years vison and get buy-in for the vision both internally and with key external partners; provide input into Rationalized Roadmaps

  • Develop product pricing strategies and go-to-market models, in partnership with Global Pricing, Business Model Management and Solutions Marketing, based on in depth knowledge of customers, competitors, channels

  • Translate product strategy into prioritized epics based on business and customer impact and assist technical product manager to complete business aspects in Aha!

  • Take ownership of commercial accelerated product development (APD process) to deliver with quick time-to-market and optimal resources: defined user requirements, business plans, price-performance maps, etc.

  • Drive impactful product launches working with Technical, marketing, channels, executives, and other product management team members

  • Support for the person responsible for Alliances and Partnerships to accelerate product growth through channels and alternate sales methods

  • Support Technical team to prioritize maintenance projects to drive operational efficiency and support cost reduction

  • Evaluate promotional plans to ensure that they are consistent with product line strategy and that the message is effectively conveyed

  • Act as a product evangelist both internally and externally to build awareness and understanding

  • Represent the company by visiting customers to solicit feedback on company products and services
