Danaher Corporation Field Applications Systems Analyst II in Mississauga, Ontario
We are hiring an experienced Field Systems Support Analyst II who is responsible for the installation and support of instrumentation which may include Chemistry/Immunoassay platforms, Automation and Middleware, and others as determined by customer needs. The goal is to ensure the analyzers meet Beckman Coulter stated requirements in the customer laboratory environment.

The Field System Analyst II works on addressing customer questions and concerns regarding instrument operation and assay performance, in accordance with published specifications and regulatory body requirements. The individual works closely with many cross functional teams including Field Service, Sales, Customer Training and Tech Support.
Ensure customer is fully prepared for analyzer verification and meeting milestones for established implementation timeline.
Assesses customer Key Operator performance and knowledge level.
Completes Verification studies on instrumentation including, but not limited to: instrument set-up, calibration, precision, linearity studies, and method comparisons.
Provide both onsite and remote phone support to customers for assay and QC related questions.
Provides onsite training for accurate operation of instrumentation.
Conduct themselves in a most professional manner, even under stressful conditions.
Handle and support customer satisfaction to sustain the growth of business.
Proactively makes recommendations for future improvements and implements those actions accordingly.
Works collaboratively across the business to build partnerships with the marketing, service, and sales teams to ensure high customer satisfaction.
Drives revenue growth through determining assay growth opportunities while working with customers.
Motivates and engages teammates by asking for their input and listening to their ideas.
Is viewed as a great teammate by peers, co-workers and supervisor(s).
A degree with a minimum combined experience of 5 years in laboratory/ diagnostic instrumentation or other related field required.
Fluent in English, spoken and written
Advanced understanding of Diagnostics or Healthcare Industry with heavy emphasis on Laboratory Regulatory environment.
Shown excellence in communication, presentation and facilitation skills.
Ability to influence and collaborate across business functions
Must be willing to travel domestically at least 60% of the time (based on the need of the position) and willing to work out of home-based office.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint), EP Evaluator
Good driving record
Background in Medical Laboratory Technology and work experience
Experience in the Diagnostics industry a plus.
Familiarity with Standard Laboratory Practices, including Quality Control, record keeping, and regulatory requirements (CAP, CLIA, IQMH)
Highly Flexible and self-motivated.
