Your Opportunity in our Field Service Team:
Come join the world's leading supplier of cutting & engraving systems for the packaging and printing markets as a Field Service Technician! You will provide support to Esko customers in Montreal, Quebec on Computer-To-Plate laser engraving systems (CTP/CDI).
Your Responsibilities as Field Service Technician •Installation of new Esko CTP/CDI systems and CAM tables •Diagnosis and repair of equipment •Preventive maintenance •Perform field upgrades and software upgrades •Train our customers in the use and maintenance of the equipment Check out the products you'll be working on as a Field Service Technician •https://www.esko.com/en/solutions/digital-flexo •https://www.esko.com/en/solutions/digital-finishing
Your profile •Bilingual English and French •2-4 years’ experience installing or repairing printing, copier, military or industrial equipment •Associate degree in Electro-Mechanical technologies or equivalent military or other training •Good working knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft office •Ability to diagnose and repair complex electrical & mechanical problems. •Customer-oriented and with good ability to clearly communicate action plans & progress. •Hands-on, proactive and able to work independently. •Able to travel frequently with overnight stays •Positive attitude and team player •Experience with industrial lasers or optics is a plus Location & Travel: •You live in the Montreal QC area •Overnight travel approximately 30%
