Installation and configuration of Esko Software Solutions
Researching, consulting, analysing and evaluating system program needs for the customer
Identifying technology limitations and deficiencies in existing systems and associated processes, procedures and methods, reporting these back to the R&D team.
Updating and maintaining Esko software, end user documentation and customer operational procedures.
Develop, modify, documents, test, implement, install and support Esko workflow software applications
Integration of Esko software solutions into customers’ existing workflow - System setup and configuration - Define and setup workflows
Provide post-sales application training to customers and dealers (post sale support will include both onsite and remote)
Provide ongoing Eskosoftware product and technical support to customers
Contribute to product knowledge
Liaising with global support regarding escalations
Being responsible for handling the case from the initial issue through to final resolution
Compiling reports regarding product problems
Researching technical issues
Keeping your own knowledge up to date by attending courses and self-study.
You keep track of reporting, this includes:- Training reports- Service reports (via ServiceMax)- Expenses- Customer Surveys
Reporting sales leads
