Danaher Corporation Channel & Account Coordinator APAC/MEA in Mumbai, India

The Channel & Account Coordinator APAC/MEA position is responsible for meeting and exceeding Industrial AMPS and Residential sales targets in the region by crafting long term, valuable relationships with our customers and channel partners. You will also partner with cross-functional internal teams (e.g., Customer Service, Technical Assistance Center, Field Service, Sales team).

You are acting as primary point of contact to Trojan’s customers, responding to their inquiries and identifying new business opportunities through the entire life-cycle of our customers.

Support and collaborates with Channel Partner networks through our CPM Playbook (70% tele,30% travelling)

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for achieving assigned sales goals of systems and consumables in assigned accounts and /or territories by Creating, maintaining and managing a healthy sales funnel

  • Handles key account issues from all perspectives of sales, application and service support

  • Works effectively in a Global / cross regional environment and influences peers and others to deliver on customer requirements through effective business planning and strategy in the field

  • Follows regular cadence of processes as applicable and maintain rigor in reporting, while capturing VOC and identifies local market trends and communicates internally

  • Understanding the customer buying process and manage end to end sales cycle is a must.

Qualifications Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in any field

  • Min. 2 years work experience in a role that involved stakeholder management across functions/regions, preferably in a sales related function

  • Ability to work remotely and across different timezones

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, clearly articulating key objectives to stakeholders;another local language is an advantage

  • Strong Analytical skills – turning data into insights
