Danaher Corporation Executive Customer Service in Mumbai, India

  • Complete timely and accurate booking of service orders in the ERP or alternate site depending on whether the order is local or direct

  • Follow up with customers to expedite the order information to meet timelines

  • Validate order entries vis-à-vis information available in the purchase order

  • Ensure that all documents and supporting information is available to meet required compliances

  • Have the transfer price validated in case of Merchanting Order

  • Track the order movement from dispatch to delivery to ensure meeting timelines

  • Ensure necessary technical and liaison support is available for customs clearance

  • Provide timely intimation and required documents are provided to the customer so that payment schedules are met

  • Work closely with End customers, Factories, Credit and Collection department and Service Delivery teams to ensure proper order processing and goods deliveries as per customer requested delivery dates, handling customer queries and disputes over invoices and services, Internal and external Audits.

  • Provide the same level of customer service process support for business through dealers

  • Develop and nurture healthy customer relations

  • Generate necessary reports and updates to sales and service for forecasting

  • AMC Order Booking

  • Vendor Management

Qualifications and Experience

  • Graduate with 3-5 years of relevant experience in a customer service/commercial/logistics role in Lifesciences or related industry

  • Exposure to business environment of sales of high value capital equipment is desirable

  • Excellent communication skills (written and oral); Good command over the English Language

  • Good interpersonal skills

  • Demonstrated experience of being a team player

  • Proficiency in MS-Office esp. MS Excel; Hands on working knowledge of ERP systems (Oracle/SAP/Navision)
