Danaher Corporation Global Marketing Automation & Execution Specialist in Mumbai, India
Deploys Pall’s marketing automation program to drive engagement and funnel growth. This includes operational implementation and testing of lead-generation programs, lead-nurturing programs, lead scoring, and automated communications programs within the marketing automation tool to continuously improve conversion rates.
Is assigned projects to execute MA operations through marketing technology systems (typically MA and CRM) to help realize the business objectives. The specialist is also responsible for keeping the lead flow processes moving efficiently between all systems.
Partners with peers to ensure contact and lead data is accurate, complete and accessible. Contributes to and maintains marketing automation plans and campaign calendar.
Guides Business Unit campaign teams on best practices for building integrated journeys and launches digital marketing automation campaigns. Heavily partners with our CRM, Digital, IT and Business Unit marketing teams to strengthen the omni-channel strategy roadmap.
Deploys Pall’s marketing automation program to drive engagement and funnel growth
Owns digital marketing automation best practices and standards within the organization, including Reporting.
Assists in the deployment of content assets, banner ads, paid media programs and digital experiences that are part of marketing campaigns
Identifies opportunities for applying new technologies, digital products and services to online marketing automation campaigns
Improves and iterates on existing lead generation programs and partners, funnel processes and efficiencies.
Designs, pilots, launches and reviews attributed Demand generation campaigns (with TM peers)
Works with TM team to provide advice & guidance to extend, amend or stop digital marketing automation activities based on results, recommend corrective actions and improvements when necessary
Supports the execution of marketing campaigns across various marketing tech stack, specifically; MA, CRM and Webinar platforms
Organizes and provides data for analysis for continuous improvement on quality and efficiency of campaigns.
Support the management of the contact database (imports new lists, contacts enrichment, data hygiene)
Support web publishing with MA elements (e.g. Forms) for web pages.
Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience in a B to B marketing role
Prior or current experience working in marketing automation operations
Demonstrated success in a Marketing role or significant responsibilities independently managing projects
Work experience with technical business groups and geographical regions.
Demonstrated experience in launching digital marketing campaigns and partnering with CRM, Digital, IT and marketing teams to build or strengthen omni-channel strategies.
