We are currently seeking a HR Generalist based out of Mumbai / Bangalore to take charge of METAI (Middle East, Turkey, Africa and India) region who will be responsible for:

HR Operations (80%)

  • Employee Life Cycle Related HR Ops Support: Associate Onboarding (partnering with TA on negotiation of the offers, New Hire Orientation, Confirmation, Exit Management

  • Data Maintenance and HR record keeping using ERP (Workday) and Personal File

  • Payroll Processing including statutory compliance process.

  • Employee Health Insurance

  • Leave Management System

  • Maintaining HR Dashboards and Reporting

  • Internal and External Audit support

  • HR Vendor Management

  • Issuing various letters (insurance, visa, NOC etc.)

  • Managing associate queries regarding PF, policies

Engagement (10%)

  • Design, plan and execute local engagement initiatives.

  • Manage logistical elements of the engagement survey and drive participation.

  • Keep engagement actions execution a priority throughout the year. Monitor and communicate progress of action plans.

HR Business Partnering and Organization Development (10%)

  • Partner with business teams on Key HR Processes - Performance & Talent Management, Compensation & Benefits, ERP. OD Interventions and Rewards & Recognition

  • Analyze Data & Bring out insights for METAI team related to the HR processes.

  • Maintain current knowledge of relevant legislation; recommend improvement initiatives; conduct training as required.

  • Maintain and strengthen HR documentation including policies and procedures.

The required qualifications for the job include:

  • Minimum 4 to 8 years of HR Operations and Business Partnering experience.

  • Solid understanding of HR practices and employment laws

  • Experience in Payroll, Compensation, HR analytics, and ERP (workday) would be advantageous.

  • Advanced computer skills especially in Microsoft Excel

  • Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Change Management, facilitating trainings.
