Purpose of the position:
The incumbent works closely on employee lifecycle activities, Engagement Initiatives, HR operations & Analytics and support areas of HR as needed.

Location: Mumbai, India
Reports to: LMS HR Manager -India
An individual contributor role to manage HR activities for India Commercial team of LMS. Total strength of 100 employees with Sales, Service & enabling functions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
HR Business Partnering and Organization Development
Partner with business teams on Key HR Processes - Performance & Talent Management, Compensation & Benefits, ERP.
OD Interventions and Rewards & Recognition
HR Operations & Employee Life Cycle
Hiring, onboarding, negotiation of the offers, closure on the positions
Handle Payroll and Leave Management
Complete Exit process and F&F settlement
Vendor Management, Compensation input management
Executing Compliance Initiatives
Data Maintenance and HR record keeping
Managing associate queries regarding PF, policies etc.
Engagement Initiatives:
Ideate and execute local engagement initiatives
Coordinate logistical elements of the engagement survey
Keep Engagement action plan execution a priority throughout the year. Monitor & communicate progress of action plans
Develop & execute employee communication plan
HR Analytics & HRM
Support on Data Analytics for India related to - Engagement, Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, C&B, Workday, Org Structure, Data Hygiene etc.
Support execution of all HR processes in employee life cycle for India - Performance Management, Talent Management, Recognition and Compensation & Benefits etc.
Maintain and strengthen HR documentation including policies and procedures
Drive continuous improvements through Danaher Business Systems
Employee Relations:
Establish and maintain relationship with local management team and associates to stay abreast of HR related needs
Provide ER/Support/Advice to employee grievance for all staff.
KEY COMMUNICATIONS
This position has regular contact with HR Manager for India, local management and regional Business Unit managers and HR teams at other Danaher sites.
REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS POSITION
Professional Experience
Min 3-4 years of HR generalist experience
Solid understanding of HRM practices and employment laws
Advanced computer skills especially in Microsoft Excel & Power Point
Demonstrated ability to multi-task in a dynamic and fast paced environment
Experience in HR Tools like Workday would be advantageous
Education
- Bachelor / Master Degree in Human Resources Management
Travel (required estimated % of time)
- minimum travel required for the position
