Danaher Corporation Marketing Analyst - CRM & Marketing Automation in Mumbai, India


  • Become a CRM Expert and handle Microsoft Dynamics365.

  • Responsible for managing various modules in MS D365 CRM viz., Sales, Service, Marketing, etc.

  • Serve as a custodian of customer database, and responsible for the maintenance and management of customer data to ensure data integrity

  • Create dashboards and customizable analytics report for business review.

  • Analyze customer data using CRM and generate reports with recommendations on marketing, sales and service initiatives.

  • Provide sales support by tracking sales funnel – manage lead generation and inflow from various marketing and promotional channels, qualification of raw leads to Opportunities; work in close coordination with the sales team, build cadence, hold regular follow-up meetings to track weekly progress.

  • Provide timely and accurate weekly reporting of KPI

  • Responsible for identifying TG for marketing campaigns based on customer profiling and segmentation; develop correlation with channels and success of campaigns and in turn help in formulating/altering future campaigns

  • Deliver customer insights and make recommendations by performing data analyses and post marketing campaign evaluations to determine the best mix of channels and messaging.

  • Undertake spontaneous initiation of any analysis that can generate customer insight or operational projects to add value to the customer relationship

  • Responsible for optimizing and measuring digital campaigns

  • Identify, recommend, and implement quality and efficient improvements to CRM processes.

  • Liaison with the global CRM team to incorporate modifications and communicate the updates to the users; organise training sessions for users on regular basis.

  • Responsible to plan digital initiatives and execute campaigns for lead generation creating increased visibility of the brand.

  • Standardize marketing automation processes with regular email campaigns communicating product-related updates to customers, channel partners, sales and service teams.


  • Post-graduate degree in Business, Marketing, Statistics or equivalent combination of education

  • Certified CRM practitioner / Experienced CRM Analyst - Microsoft D365 experience mandatory.


  • 3+ years of working experience preferably in Marketing Function – database marketing, customer analytics, business development

  • At least 1 year of direct employee management experience or cross-functional collaboration.

  • Communication and presentation skills: Must be able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing, as well as able to communicate quantitative information in a clear and informative manner

    Proficiency in the following required:

  • Expert in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

  • MS D365 experience mandatory.

  • Experience in Marketing Automation software like Eloqua, Pardot, Act-on or like.
