As the National Business Manager for IDBS you will help build and grow new accounts and prospective clients to full potential while delivering profitable, on target and recurring revenue growth.You will lead a team of sales and marketing professionals to run multiple market segments.

Job Location - Delhi/Mumbai/Blr/Hyd/Pune

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to increase revenue and acquire new accounts.

  • Build brand in region and develop marketing and awareness strategies.

  • Develop account plans in the funnel that articulate the client’s strategy, culture, existing product portfolio, competitive position, financial state, investment plan, organization structure and key partners.

  • Use IDBS CRM (Salesforce) to track activities, customer communications, forecast, and onsite events with prospective customers

  • Manage a team to grow market presence and customer base in the region.

  • Use appropriate IDBS functions in furthering account development including Global Professional Services, Marketing, Product Management, Product Development, Solutions Consulting and Help Desk.

  • Ensure the Health, Safety and wellbeing of own team whilst balancing the commercial needs of the business.

  • Build and sustain a positive team environment displaying high levels of motivation and excellent team spirit.

Required Proficiencies

  • Experience selling software or services in a complex environment.

  • Scientific background in Biology, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Chemistry or Engineering.

  • Must be creative, innovative and a flexible teammate.

  • Experience selling across different cultures (domestic and international)

  • Expertise in developing C-suite relationships with mid-sized organizations

  • Upbeat individual with strong eye for business and first class presentation skills

  • Well-developed negotiation, project and account management skills.
