Danaher Corporation Sales Development Manager in Mumbai, India
Work closely with the sales and application support teams to achieve the short and long terms goals for the business by implementation of market vertical strategy.
Responsible to ensure a healthy funnel for the assigned market vertical
Partner with the sales team to ensure funnel hygiene and to enhance productivity in terms of win rate and growth to capture market share
Manage the demand generation process towards quantity and quality of leads
Execute action plans that will generate growth for various customer segments leading to increase in market share
Work with MDM to build sustainable engagement plans with key customers and Subject Matter Experts to enhance the SCIEX brand in the said segment
Track and actively manage competitor activities (regional product offerings, pricing, promotions, etc.) and work with leadership team to generate competitive strategies/responses
Share market intelligence and latest developments with sales team
Develop and deliver training programs for sales team to equip them to handle customer queries and fight competition
Work with MDM to identify new product opportunities, work with the manager to develop positioning and ensure success during new product introductions
Deliver workshops, seminars and other promotional activities in coordination with the global marketing team
Execute marketing communications through conferences, web and interactive communication, media and public relations
