What you’ll do

  • Lead, Motivate, Drive the account managers spread across the country to achieve the agreed Goal

  • Drive the Channel Partners to achieve their agreed OP with a clear accountability and rigor need to be in place to ensure that the inventories are maintained as per the agreement

  • Need to Work in tandem with the Product Management, Marketing, Finance, HR and other verticals to ensure boundaryless behaviour to achieve the vision.

  • Need to anticipate the Market related challenges that might arise and have contingency plan to overcome the situation.

  • Should ensure that the BRAND CYTIVA is always kept in mind when working with the customers.Should align the priorities of the vertical to the Research and Country’s overall priorities

Who you are

  • Should Hold a Degree/Master in Life Science

  • Should have 8-10 years’ experience in the Promoting Life Science related Consumables

  • Should have clear GTM strategy

  • Should be well versed with the commercial operations in Consumables business

  • Pan India market knowledge about the Filtration range of consumables

  • Experience in handling Channel Partner team will be preferable.

  • Should have the ability to handle diverse talents by displaying inclusiveness.
