Danaher Corporation Service Coordinator in Mumbai, India
Position Summary: Coordinate with all stakeholders to ensure smooth service operations
- Coordination: Coordinate with all stake holders (RSM,FSE and Subject specialist in India/Europe, Commercial team, Service admin team and speed up service delivery for end customers.
The coordinator shall work to address logistics requests against warranty and T&M orders, tracking parts, routing technical and commercial requests to managers or subject matter experts, support on price related request, support training registration, maintain and update resource availability status, IB tracking, MOD tracking, coordinating with commercial and sales on pre-sale, point of sale and post-sale requirements.
This person shall be responsible for handling the Hotline service (Receive and log customer complaints) for India.
- MIS Reporting: The coordinator is also responsible for tracking & reporting key business metrics. The person shall also be responsible for sharing weekly & monthly reports for different service activities.
