Danaher Corporation Sr Advanced Specialist- Technical Customer Support in Mumbai, India

Job Responsibility

  • Response to customer calls, assessing a customer’s requirement and determining the best solution to a customer’s problem

  • Responsible for ensuring high quality (1st Level) telephonic service response and coordinate filed application response as appropriate, in addition the Technical Specialists will manage Beckman Coulter proprietary ProService® / online equipment support to its customers and improving customer satisfaction.

  • Through phone support, provides technical troubleshooting and consulting to customers and company staff distinguishing among assays and/or software issues in order to resolve or escalate to the appropriate resource at minimum company expense

  • Collect and analyze customer data to enhance satisfaction

  • Document and classify customer feedback and complaints as per quality systems.

  • The role will extend its impact to Beckman Coulter direct operations and distributor network in South West Asian countries.

Nature of Scope:

This is an in-bound Technical Excellence center, where Specialists provide technical and network / workflow problem solution to the end –users ( Customers) by performing a question diagnosis while guiding users through step-by-step solutions, which includes but not limited to resolving technical issues, uninstalling / reinstalling basic software applications, verifying hardware / software set up, assisting and navigating around application menus/ trouble shooting maintenance, deployment of FSE/FAS Support will be provided by clearly communicating technical solutions in a user-friendly and timely manner for customer satisfaction. The position calls for an individual with strong technical abilities, remote diagnosing and problem resolution abilities, someone who is patient, creative and who has good communications skills to work with customers, internal stakeholders & field service operations team.

The ultimate goals of this position is to resolve issues over the phone or dispatch them to the appropriate field professional timely to create and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and a good company image.
