Danaher Corporation Zonal Scientific Sales-Support Specialist in Mumbai, India

A. Drive Revenue Growth

Leader for product demonstrations across the region, ensure compliance to the demo standard process guidelines, organize demo feedback sessions with end user, solve queries, provide clarifications. Joint sales visits for Strategic Accounts with Sales Representatives after 30% sales probability in the funnel on directives of the Supervisor. Work strategically with the Zonal Sales Manager to position our solutions in new/adjacent markets and finding new applications of our solutions to cater to that market. Drive win-against competition program with focus on competitor replacements by picking 1 competitor for a quarter.

B. Account Retention

Drive white-glove relationship with Key Accounts. Address the clinical queries of end users within the defined turn-around time. This might need reaching out to experts in other zones in India or other countries.

C. Marketing Support

Work collaboratively with the Marketing Function to develop a network of Key Users. Build scientific capacity for the products and its applications for the zonal sales and service team.

Experience:

More than 5 years of experience in clinical and application roles with a Medical Devices, Diagnostic company.

Qualification:

  • Post-Graduate in Science (specialization: Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Biomedical)

  • Ph.D preferred.

  • Fresh medical doctors can apply
