Description

  • Represents Supply Chain in R&D during development phase
  • Defines manufacturing method of new products
  • Defines and provides manufacturing work cells and tools
  • Evaluates needed invest and assembly time of new production lines and cost saving programs
  • Provides Process-FMEA, work instruction and check lists
  • Describes outside vendor services needed for the manufacture of a component * Defines and provides Test Equipment * Ensures correct documentation * Supports Validation * Drives Engineering Changes and ensures their correct implementation * Self-reliant coordinating Launch activities

Qualification

  • High school degree in a technical discipline and minimum 5 years of experience in production engineering
  • Experience in Operations Environment and Launching a new product
  • Experience in Document Control processes
  • Experience in Implementation of Design Changes
  • Experience in Interdisciplinary teams * Knowledge of business tools such as KVP, Kaizen, PSP, Standard works, Poka-Yoke, Kanban, FIFO-Principle, One-Piece-Flow
  • Skills in CAD, such as SolidWorks, UGS NX preferable
  • Critical thinking skills and good judgment in an industrial environment
  • Goal oriented, interpersonal, self-motivated and team player
  • Excellent German and English skills obligatory (level C1)
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft. (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
