The System Verification Engineer (m/f/d) for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for the assessment of product requirements and definition of test strategies.
This position is part of the System Verification department located in Munich and will be hybrid. If you thrive in a fast paced role and want to work to build a world-class R&D organization—read on.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Assess product requirements
Define test strategies, test methods, acceptance criteria, needed materials, applicable sampling plans
Define and develop test fixtures / test benches, special test environment and ensure they are adequate for the test purpose
Prepare test protocols / test reports and reporting of identified issues
Execute test cases / test protocols
Investigate identified issues (root cause analysis, reproducibility steps etc.)
Support definition of the project test strategy, project plan and metrics as well as of process improvement, tools and laboratory management
The essential requirements of the job include:
Bachelor’s or Master´s degree in any of the following fields: Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering. Physics, Biomedical, Clinical Chemistry or other related field
3+ years of testing experience, ideally gained from manually testing in a regulated environment (such as medical devices)
Ability to derive test cases from requirements
Ability to work independently while working with multi-functional and remote teams
It would be a plus if you also possess:
Ability to drive activities, facilitate discussions and improve processes
Ability to travel
