Danaher Corporation Staff Project Manager - OEM Optimization (f/d/m) in Munich, Germany

We, as R&D organization within the Beckman Coulter Diagnostics located in Munich, are seeking a Staff OEM Project Manager! Do you want to thrive in a multifunctional, fast paced and central role and work to build a world-class OEM organization? You will be a part of the Technical Project Management team and take over the responsibility of managing internal OEM activities and interfacing to OEM partners.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Be the main interface to multiple international OEM partners in order to funnel and resolve technical and non-technical issues

  • Lead Design Changes and Investigations related to OEM components

  • Take care about challenges in Line Engineering and New Product Development

  • Improve and standardize OEM related processes by using the Danaher Business System

  • Be part of a multi-disciplinary team consisting of team members from R&D, SCM, Service, Quality and many more

The requirements of the job include:

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree and confirmed experience, preferably in the field of medical engineering

  • Several years experience in technical project management in the context of OEM partnerships

  • Experience with balancing multiple projects in parallel

  • Strong interpersonal and intercultural skills

  • Strong written and verbal English communications skills

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Product life-cycle management, change management, and quality management in the medical device industry (or other regulated industries)
