The Supervisor Manufacturing & Process Engineering for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for leading the Manufacturing & Process Team.

This position is part of the Manufacturing & Process Engineering (Technical Operations) team located in Baierbrunn/Munich and will be on-site. In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Lead, manage and develop the Manufacturing & Process Engineering team.

• Drive engineering changes in collaboration with the R&D team and ensure correct implementation of design changes.

• Evaluate needed invest and assembly time of new production lines and cost saving programs.

• Act as a change leader to define manufacturing methods (like work instructions, tools, jigs, Process-FMEA and check lists) for new and existing products.

• Engage with R&D to understand program roadmaps, project scope and set the right project teams.

• Making sure deadlines within the team are keep and needed information is shared with relevant stakeholders.

• Coordinate resources and sets daily priorities to meet operational objectives.

  The essential requirements of the job include:

• Master’s degree in Manufacturing/Production or Process Engineering or similar and extensive experience in manufacturing processes (+7 years).

• Strong leadership skills.

• Experience in managing people and a strong technical background.

• Experience in the implementation of design changes in a manufacturing environment.

• Excellent technical skills (light assembly).

• Excellent production documentation skills.

• Excellent English and German skills.

  It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Experience in ISO 13485.

  Der Supervisor Manufacturing & Process Engineering für Beckman Coulter Diagnostics ist für die Leitung des Manufacturing & Process Teams verantwortlich.

  Diese Position ist Teil des Teams Manufacturing & Process Engineering (Technical Operations) mit Sitz in Baierbrunn/München und wird vor Ort sein.   Was Sie bei uns tun werden:

• Verantwortung für die Führung und Weiterentwicklung des Manufacturing & Process Engineering Teams.

• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Forschungs- und Entwicklungsabteilung (R&D), um technische Designänderungen voranzutreiben und deren korrekte Implementierung sicherzustellen.

• Analyse und Bewertung des Investitionsaufwands sowie der Montagezeiten für neue Produktionslinien und Kostensenkungsprogramme.

• Übernahme der Rolle als Change Leader zur Definition und Optimierung von Fertigungsmethoden, einschließlich Arbeitsanweisungen, Werkzeuge, Vorrichtungen, Prozess-FMEA und Checklisten für neue und bestehende Produkte.

• Kooperation mit R&D zur Erarbeitung von Programm-Roadmaps und Projektumfängen, sowie die Auswahl und Zusammenstellung geeigneter Projektteams.

• Gewährleistung der termingerechten Umsetzung von Projekten im Team und Sicherstellung des Informationsflusses zu relevanten Stakeholdern.

• Effektive Ressourcenkoordination und Priorisierung der täglichen Aufgaben zur Erreichung operativer Ziele.

  Zu den wesentlichen Anforderungen der Stelle gehören:

• Master-Abschluss in Fertigung/Produktion oder Verfahrenstechnik oder ähnliche und umfangreiche Erfahrung in Fertigungsprozessen (+7 Jahre).

• Starke Führungs- und Projektmanagementfähigkeiten.

• Erfahrung in der Führung von Menschen und ein starker technischer Hintergrund.

• Erfahrung in der Umsetzung von Design Changes in einer Fertigungsumgebung.

• Ausgezeichnete technische Fähigkeiten (Montage).

• Hervorragende Kenntnisse in der Produktionsdokumentation.

• Ausgezeichnete Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse.

  Es wäre von Vorteil, wenn Sie auch Erfahrung in folgenden Bereichen verfügen:

• Erfahrung in ISO 13485.
