Danaher Corporation National Channel Manager in Nanjing, China
Area of Responsibilities:
Work with business unit to complete the quarterly and annual evaluation of the distributors , then implement the improvement plan according. Lead the establishment of business platform and monitor daily operation per compliance policy. Facilitate business to build up level 2 distributor development plan Monitor and manage channel price in a right way.
Person Specification:
National-wide platform management and cooperate with Platform to manage Tier-1/2 distributors. Work with regional sales team to manage and improve the distributor operation activities to meet the target. Distributor AR management Manage In-market and To-Market sales(including funnel management) and Channel inventory to make sure business in a health way Implement distributor evaluations with sales according to distributor score-card policy. Support tender and market access, monitor Channel price and product cross selling Routine distributor visit and end customer information collection to get market visibility. Then analyse market and channel data to enable strategic decision-making. Responsible for the distributors’ authorization of recruitment , termination and adjustment which should follow the compliance process
Requirements/Qualifications:
Bachelor degree in commercial or scientific area
Minimum 5+ year sales/channel management in MNC relevant position in medical device Medical Device / IVD is preferred, pharmacy company.
3+ years team management , value selling, related finance knowledge and analysis skills.
Good understanding of China healthcare market and policy trend, familiar with channel operation process and analysis methodology.
Self-motivated with high energy level and teamwork spirit.
Customer focus and detail-oriented
Good communication skills in Chinese and English, written and orally are required.
