We currently have an open position in an established EMEA marketing team for the following role:

Marketing Manager Medical EMEA (d/f/m)

Are you passionate about marketing by leading the execution of marketing plans in line with key strategic initiatives? Are you open to joining a successful team working in one of Leica’s largest markets, concerned with the growing surgical microscopy sector?

Join our high- performing EMEA Marketing team in a key position with responsibility for the entire EMEA region. This position is home office based with up to 25% of time spent travelling.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Strategically align EMEA growth initiatives with corresponding marketing activities

• Initiate generation of new marketing content for the purposes of lead generation with an emphasis on digital/transformative marketing channels

• Increase market visibility in line with legal framework (GDPR)

• Take the regional marketing lead on new product launches to achieve successful roll out; including pre- and post- launch marketing

• Drive marketing funnel generation and marketing-initiated revenues through the development & implementation of integrated multi-channel marketing campaigns to generate leads for new and current products

• Manage customer nurturing through targeted marketing activities aimed at moving customers through the buying cycle

• Utilize Danaher Business Systems tools to improve effectiveness of marketing campaigns

• Monitor and analyze execution of marketing action plans and ‘course-correct’ as appropriate to achieve desired results

• Take part in kaizens and their sustainment actions, contributing to the ethos of continuous improvement within the EMEA Marketing team

YOUR PROFILE

• You have a Business/Marketing degree or Medical/Life Sciences degree

• You have 6-8 years of experience in a commercial setting with a major medical or life science manufacturer or provider, including 5 years of marketing experience

• You have demonstrated experience of developing integrated campaigns with measurable results including the execution of content marketing, digital marketing and lead nurturing campaigns, delivering quality leads that mature to revenue

• You have excellent analytical and communication skills; you show creative thinking to solve issues and you can lead projects and execute through others

• You have strong computer skills (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and experience with marketing CRM, automation and analytics software

• You are fluent in English and speak an additional European language

• You able to work remotely from your home office, and live close to international travel networks
