Videojet Technologies is seeking a Pharma & Medical Sales: National Account Manager, a collaborative and dynamic sales professional, to increase our market share within National and Global accounts in the USA.

Reporting to the Pharma & Medical National Sales Manager, you will build long term profitable relationships through market experience, and add value to our customer’s business through the available coding and marking products, software applications & systems, deployment and support offerings.
As the Pharma & Medical Sales: National Account Manager , you will:
Work with customer key decision makers (VP, Director and Corporate Project Level personnel) to understand current and future business opportunities for customer products and programs.
Provide account leadership, direction and ensure compliance of all selling activities in designated Pharma & Medical accounts across the organization.
Concentrated focus on site penetration and competitive displacement to expand placement.
Acquire corporate level agreements to designate Videojet products and services, broadly as the “preferred” supplier as well as for specific projects.
Engage internal support organizations: Work with Regional Pharma Sales teams, OEM team, and Deployment team to ensure our field-organization is highly engaged to support customer needs.
Actively engage Pharma account management structure (Salesforce) to detect and target growth opportunities expand share for Videojet type equipment and services.
Interact with Product Managers to identify and act on Pharma and Medical market trends, areas of potential competitive advantage, current product or service enhancements, and unmet market requirements.
Your Education and/or Background Experience will include:
Minimum of 5 years of experience with capital equipment sales within the Pharma Medical industry. B2B Sales of manufacturing related packaging equipment and software systems preferred.
Sufficient technical ability to understand the key operating principles of a wide array of various printing, identification and traceability technologies and the skills to propose multi-product, integrated solutions that address customer specific needs.
Travel Required – 60% of the time, within North America.

Pharma & Medical Industry Domain Knowledge – able to connect with personnel within the Pharma & Medical industry in “their language” and propose solutions that directly address their specific needs.
Communication skills - an ability to build and clearly, crisply communicate outstanding value propositions to the customer and manage complex sales issues within the Videojet organization.
Team Player— Need to coordinate with other Videojet sales people and support personnel to achieve a desired, agreed upon outcome.
Market insight--Ability to recognize and communicate needed product line enhancements for Pharma & Medical markets, and work with Marketing & Product Development to implement necessary changes.
Solution Selling – ability to follow up and stay on top of long sales cycle of multiple projects whose requirements often change over time.
