What you’ll do• Financial Performance- Accountable to achieve orders & sales OP target for accounts/territory.• Business Planning - Create a business plan for territory/assigned accounts including, but not limited to opportunity development, competitive strategies & targets.• Relationships - Build strong relationships & formulate account strategies to continuously strengthen relationship within the assigned territories/account.• Technical Expertise - Continuously develop and learn about your portfolio and related sales skills to drive business in a compliant way• Tools - Create and maintain customer contact records, opportunities and projects/forecasts in the relevant CRM tools. Who you are• A strong team player/ with an ability to work strong cross functionally for success in the life sciences/applied markets arena• Bachelor's Degree preferred with minimum 3 years of selling experience in a medical, healthcare or technical field (Previous experience in Applied Markets, Life Sciences, biomedical engineering, medical physics) or Life Sciences field experience mandatory• Well-developed organizational and territory planning skills. Understanding of supply chain and logistics. Strength in prospecting and sales opportunity follow-up• Excellent sales, negotiation and closing skills. • Ability to travel and a valid motor vehicle license• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
