For our team in South Germany are looking for an Area Sales Manager (m/f/d) Vision/Quality Inspection
Strategic sales targeting customer accounts with multiple influencers in your assigned geographic territory. You will be responsible for promoting and selling the company’s products, i.e. fully integrated Visual Inspect solutions and services. In addition, you will build close relationships with existing customers and promote new products and solutions. This highly autonomous role requires strong business acumen, planning, and the ability to execute strategically.
Key Responsibilities of this position
Sales Responsibility for Laetus Vision inspection products and solutions in your assigned market
Strategic and operative market development
Acquisition of new and development of existing customers
Establish and maintain broad network and key relationships with customers, partners, influencers and other industry contacts
Participate in regular business reviews, using our CRM system for funnel and forecast review
Your Professional skills
University degree in a technical field with foundation in business administration, commercial/sales training or value selling
5-10 years of proven success in Direct Sales of complex industrial products and solutions –an asset is experience in the packaging, visual inspection, track & trace, marking & coding, pharma, medical devices, FMCG or early nutrient industry
Proven ability to develop and execute successful business plans
Experience in using metrics, KPI´s and forecasting to self-manage productivity
Hands on experience using a CRM (i.e. Salesforce.com)
Good understanding of the market
Fluency in German Language is a must
Work Permit for Germany
