The Sensors Assembly Manufacturing Technician for Radiometer is responsible for assembling sensor cassette assemblies ensuring all safety requirements, process procedures and quality procedures are being followed .
This position is part of the Sensors Value Stream located in New Brighton, MN and will be On-Site. At Radiometer, our vision is to improve global healthcare with reliable, fast, and easy patient diagnoses.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Assemble sensor cassettes on a team using semi-automated machinery
Operate various types of semi-automated dispensing machines to dispense formulated membranes on ceramic substrate boards .
Assemble products manually at individual workstations
Continuously Inspect for quality during assembly process
Follow precise Standard Operating and Quality Procedures to build sensors
Package finished products
The essential requirements of the job include:
High School diploma
Must be able to stand for the duration of an 8 hour shift
Ability to follow written work instructions in English
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
Medical device manufacturing environment
Continuous Improvement
