The Manufacturing Technician III Print Operator for Radiometer is responsible for setting up and operating automatic or semiautomatic machines and related equipment in a continuous production operation. This position utilizes specialized equipment to screen print thick film onto a substrate board.
This position is part of the Thick Film Manufacturing Department located in New Brighton, MN and will be onsite. At Radiometer, our vision is to improve global healthcare with reliable, fast, and easy patient diagnoses.
You will be a part of the Thick Film Manufacturing Team and report to the Value Stream Supervisor or Manager responsible for supporting the long-term plans and objectives of the Thick Film Value Stream. In this role, you will be required to:
Manually set up print equipment in preparation of production cycle
Continuously monitor and inspect product during production process
Utilize automated measuring equipment to assure that quality requirements are met
Identify and troubleshoot machine and or print related issues and contribute to process improvements
Follow detailed work instruction and preform data entry into electronic routers
Participate in daily management meetings to report on production status
Have a high attention to detail while performing all duties
The essential requirements of the job include:
High School diploma
Must be able to stand for the duration of an 8 hour shift
Ability to follow written work instructions in English
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
Medical device manufacturing
Semi-automated Machine operation
