This position is part of the Human Resources team and will either be hybrid (on-site at least 3 days a week) or fully remote, depending on your proximity to the office (living within 45mi will be hybrid). Relocation may be provided for the role if the candidate is willing to relocate to be considered for this great opportunity.

You will be a part of the Talent Team and report to the Director of Talent Planning and Development responsible for supporting our leaders and HR Business Partners on how to effectively set expectations, assess employee performance and potential, and implement strategies to improve individual and overall organizational performance.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Lead the planning and delivery or our annual talent programs such as our Performance Management Cycle, Talent Development Cycle, and our Annual Engagement Survey.

  • Work with HR Business Partners on launching Talent Assessments within Aldevron, often partnering directly with senior leaders at varies stages of deployment.

  • Leverage talent analytics to gain insights to our talent challenges and bring forward solutions

  • Support Pipeline Growth Process and own talent nomination process for all Danaher programs

  • Senior facilitator of Talent Development Programs (ex. Leadership Essentials, Situational Leadership).

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Bachelor Degree required

  • 5+ years of HR or Talent Management experience in a fast-paced, high-growth organization required.

  • Previous successful experience leading processes or projects with demonstrated success in managing multiple deadlines and competing priorities.

  • Strong systems and technical experience required including Excel and MS office skills. Workday experience a plus.

The salary range for this role is $80,000 to $100,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is eligible for bonus/incentive pay. We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.
