What You’ll Do!
As a Product Sales Specialist, you will provide pre- and post-sales support for the full Single Use Technology portfolio. You’ll serve as the clinical/technical expert to develop relationships with departmental and technical decision makers and partner with Account Managers and other Sales Specialists to gain access to C-Suite decision makers and initiate development of new business opportunities.
Achieve orders and sales targets for Single Use Technology portfolio in your assigned territory
Forecast orders and sales within applicable sales funnel, tools, and reports.
Identify, design, and execute strategy for each key customer.
Assist Account Managers throughout the sales process by providing technical expertise, conducting product demonstrations, installations, and product trainings
Support customer projects with application knowledge and product information, answering product inquiries and giving end-to-end solution presentations.
Conduct product demonstrations and seminars at trade shows and professional conferences.
Use market and product knowledge to assistant sales teams in developing sales, marking and customer account sales strategies.
Track and communicate industry trends, competitive actions to provide expertise and advice to drive innovative product development.
Who You Are!
Earned a bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry, Chemistry, Molecular Biology, or related discipline.
4 plus years’ experience in developing, specifying, or supporting manufacturing operations in the pharmaceutical industry and/or bioprocess sales, field applications, or technical support of bioprocessing consumables, hardware, and software or related experience.
Deep understanding of the Biopharma/Biotech industry, Upstream, and Filtration unit operations.
Knowledgeable of cGMP, validation, and regulated environments for bioprocessing.
Excellent communicator who can present complex material in simple terms.
Collaborative team member with a customer focus.
Problem-solver with the ability to communicate effectively, resolve issues and propose solutions.
Highly organized and able to balance multiple priorities at once.
Willing to travel throughout specified geographic region and globally to participate in trainings, meetings, and key projects.
