Job title -Key Account ManagerReports to- Sales Director, Water Quality IndiaJob Location- New DelhiThe Key Account Manager will have a commercial background and long track record in commercial B2B supplies to Solar Power Industry dealing with technical or Instrumentation productsShould possess an entrepreneurial spirit to expand the market, and should further increase the excellent reputation and sales of Kipp & Zonen products in the RegionJob Description-1. Responsible for growth and expansion of direct sales and profit margins within assigned accounts and on products or services. Establishes professional relationships with key personnel in customer accounts2. Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and margin dollarsJob Summary -• Identify key accounts in the region and develop engagement plan• Develop value proposition for our products to increase market share• Formulate and execute strategic growth plans for the Key customers• Develop and Own Key Account plans for top 10 Solar customers in the region• Develop market sizing for identified products and segments• Lead efforts towards specification setting at end customers to ensure Kipp & Lufft get preference over competition• Track competition business strategies across segments – develop retention plans and strategy• Provide training and support to customers and educate end users on product application• Responsible for taking new product launches to end customers• Participate and attend trade fairs, industry events and initiate client visitsQualifications-1.A minimum of 8 years of experience in sales/ marketing of technical solutions to Solar Developers, EPCs, or O&Ms2.Required – BE/ B Tech; Preferred - Master’s Degree in business administration or in a relevant technical study3.Knowledge and experience of Key Account Management4.Active network in solar market
