Danaher Corporation Manager, Compliance Auditing and Monitoring, High Growth Markets in New Delhi, India

The Manager, Compliance Auditing & Monitoring High Growth Markets, will play a vital role in supporting the Diagnostics Platform compliance team’s auditing and monitoring activities and third-party due diligence program. This position will also serve as a liaison to internal and external business partners, providing direction and guidance related to the Diagnostics Platform and Operating Company-specific Compliance programs while facilitating the implementation of systems and infrastructure to support Compliance program initiatives.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Support a global anti-corruption audit program by coordinating site visits, reviewing and analyzing data, and assisting with audit report preparation.

  • Support the development of risk-based compliance monitoring work plans and protocols and the execution of compliance monitoring data analytics.

  • Support the Platform’s third-party due diligence and oversight program.

  • Identify and leverage data sources and tools/systems to analyze data and actively identify, monitor, and remediate issues, providing independent review and evaluation to ensure compliance issues/concerns within the organization are appropriately resolved.

  • Develop and leverage partnerships (and relationships) with internal and external stakeholders to meet business needs. Partner with multiple functional areas as needed to enhance policies and system controls, develop reports, assist in or lead compliance-related projects, and design assessment tools to verify compliance.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Bachelor’s degree and at least 8 years of recent experience in either a company compliance program role or in an accounting or auditing role either in-house at a company or at a major accounting or consulting firm.

  • Experience managing systems, large data sets, and workflow tools, as well as identifying, designing, and utilizing data for purposes of developing monitoring KPIs/metrics.

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point) and Microsoft Teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience using analytical tools for data analysis

  • Certifications, including a CCEP, CPA, or CFE are highly desirable

  • Understanding of Medical Device and Diagnostics operations and the laws, regulations, and guidance applicable to the industry (e.g., FDA/CDSCO, MedTech, and other international industry codes, global transparency laws, Anti-Bribery/Anti-Corruption, Data Privacy, Trade, Competition Law, etc.)

  • Domestic and international travel is required (approximately 15%)
