Key Resposibilities Summary
Ensure a proper qualification of all incoming leads and handover to sales. Assist the global BU marketing team with the prioritization, localization and roll out of field marketing campaigns in the sub regions, in line with the country business strategy. Conduct actions to improve the quality of the leads in the sub regions. Undertake marketing projects for the benefit of the company. Manage PR and Marketing Communications in the sub-region.
Lead Management and CRM tools:
Develop robust knowledge of all product lines/services
Capture and administer leads coming from different sources (Web, SEO, PPC, Partner etc.)
Qualify all leads in a short timeframe based on defined priorities
(Incoming Leads > lead qualification > inclusion in the nurturing process > handover to sales)
Document and share lead/customer intelligence with sales team.
Manage leads coming from campaigns and tag them in order to check potential generation through campaigns.
Follow up on SF.com compliance by sales + train & assist when required
Maintain the CRM database And Effectively manage and handle data using CRM systems and reporting tools such as MS Excel
Marketing Campaigns/ Outbound Marketing
Localize and roll out corporate marketing or SA lead generation campaigns in the sub regions
Answer incoming calls & follow up (redirect/introduce in CRM)
Organize and support marketing campaigns (email, webinar, social media, workshops, print ads etc.), exhibitions and promotional events, in co-ordination with the sale team.
Develop and/or initiate the development and production of promotional tools/collateral. Work in conjugation with the Product Management Team and take initiatives to conceptualize, formulate and develop new sales support tools/refine existing tools for campaigns being planned based on the regional needs to establish the brand as a knowledge partner.
Working with overseas teams in order to obtain Brand approved collaterals and working with local vendors for delivery and execution of these collaterals.
Assist in the marketing of our products and take initiatives to establish the brand as a thought leader through Conferences, CMEs, tradeshows and involvement with medical societies/institutions and manage the show in coordination with the requirements of sales colleagues
Returns from Marketing Spends
Collaborate with managers in preparing marketing budgets
Monitoring ongoing campaign spend against the budget, keeping accurate records and highlighting where variances occur.
Undertaking detailed ongoing analysis of marketing campaigns to ensure targets are met.
Report weekly/monthly on the status of field marketing activities.
Take ownership of, local market and customer research to increase customer base and gain share from competition Monitor industry trends and competitor activities -
Work with sales and service teams to identify and implement improvements to existing products and collect Voice of the Customer (VOC) feedback on our products.
Maintain relationships with media vendors and publishers to ensure collaboration in promotional activities
Some local travel will be needed
Working in collaboration with Channel partners to ensure Marketing / brand compliance and assisting with any marketing materials.
Ideal candidate should have the below requisites
Graduate or Post Graduate Degree in Life Sciences with good understanding of Life Sciences concepts.
Experience of working for 1-3 years in a similar role, handling marketing.
The candidate should have the ability to work independently and effectively under pressure to meet tight deadlines
Should be Capable of multi-tasking whilst maintaining high attention to detail
Experience in CRM tools ideally SFDC and Pardot or other similar CRM tools is required.
Expertise in Excel and Designing and maintaining Bowlers is desired.
Ability to learn and adapt in a fast paced environment.
