Pall Corporation is seeking a Contract Review and Government Property Administrator. This position is the point of contact between all external property matters and internal property matters. The Administrator advises of any instance of loss, damage, or destruction of government / Customer/ supplier property to Appropriate Property Administrator, manages government and customer property per manual to FAR 52.245-1, as well as provides back up to Government supply-side regulation functions.
This position is part of the Quality Assurance department and will be located in New Port Richey, Fl. Our mission is to solve our customers' biggest filtration, separation, and purification challenges. And, in doing so, advance health, safety and environmentally responsible technologies.
In this role, you will have the responsibility for:
Quality Contract Review – 80%
60% - Research, read, and interpret customer purchase order requirements, contract agreements, specifications, standards and any necessary supporting quality documentation as it relates to Customer/internal deliverables. Determine internal compliance with all applicable standards/specifications,
10% - Assume a leadership role to ensure the successful execution of accurate contract review to drive and ensure customer product conformance.
10% - Effectively liaise with internal/external stakeholders to address compliance/order gaps, driving all tasks to resolution.
Government Property Control – 20%
10% - Update government property logs and establish a system for maintaining such logs, cross train a back-up person for coverage.
5% - Establish an audit process for handling of government property.
5% - Represent Pall Aeropower in audits related to government property.
Become the back-up for supply-side government requirements.
Administer the process of government property, including from acquisition through disposition.
The essential requirements of the job include:
BA or BS degree in business, finance, engineering or related science, or ability and drive to obtain such degree with demonstrated progress.
Minimum of three years of experience working within a manufacturing organization managing government property, interpreting sales contracts, and communicating flow down requirements into a format usable by manufacturing and quality organizations.
Quality Assurance experience and knowledge of ISO 9001/ AS 9100 standards and Quality Systems, as related to customer flow down requirements.
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
Three plus years of experience with managing government property
Thorough understanding of regulations surrounding government property, including the tracking and disposal of such property. Continuing education with respect to government property regulation Quality Assurance experience and knowledge of ISO 9001/ AS 9100 standards and Quality Systems, as related to customer flow down requirements.
Experience working with SAP.
This position requires access to export-controlled commodities, technical data, technology, software, and services.
