Identify and assess training needs, coordinate training activities as well as execute training programs to maximize sales teams’ performance for assigned commercial teams - in APAC Region
Organize, conduct and follow up the commercial onboarding training program for new sales employees and employees developing into a new role
Direct sales leaders in conducting skills gap analyses of the sales teams to identify areas of technical and commercial skills improvement
Based on gap analysis, company goals and strategy, identify individual and team technical and commercial training needs
Contribute in setting annual learning and development training objectives for the sales teams.
Contribute in designing the sales training curriculum and choosing the most appropriate training method.
Drive design and continuous improvement of effective training content by partnering with Marketing, Product Management and Subject Matter Experts
Train existing sales teams by coordinating and conducting technology and sales skills training,
Plan and follow up on the sales training calendar.
Capture feedback on all training programs from trainees, maintain updated records of educational curriculum and assist in implementing and embedding on-line training.
Keep up to date with new product developments and technologies.
Develop standard work around training assessments, training efficiency, evaluations dashboard, etc.
Oversee training material, suggest and implement improvements.
Stay up to date with employee development trends and training standard methodologies and adapt training delivery/content to changing environment, evolving strategy and new customer/sales/market needs
Degree (or equivalent), MSc degree in Business, Education, Life Sciences, or relevant field
Minimal 3 years technical or scientific experience in the life sciences industry combined with 3 years’ experience in sales (training) or marketing.
Knowledge of sales processes and Pall technologies relevant to Biotech customers and their processes
Proficient with Microsoft office tools.
Impacts a range of customer, operational, project or service activities within own team and other related teams; works within broad guidelines and policies
