Danaher Corporation Commercial DBSL in New York, New York
What you will do:
Use the 8 signs of leading with DBS to drive tangible improvement in CVD/KPIs across the Commercial team aligned with the Commercial team’s priorities
Coach the Commercial team to deliver impactful kaizen events by ensuring compliance with the kaizen process, including planning kaizen events with a funnel review process tied to PD and KPIs, kaizen event execution, and sustainment of kaizens
Partner with the Commercial team to identify gaps in DBS capability/capacity based on the critical few prioritized business needs and manage the Certified Practitioner funnel
Drive DBS culture into the Commercial team through the DBS Fundamentals and Commercial playbook assessments with subsequent DBS plans
Coach the Commercial team through thoughtful deployment of the DBS Commercial Engine and associated HVC/Playbooks and DBS tools
Who you are:
BSc degree in Business Administration or equivalent required.
2+ years of people leadership experience with demonstrated success in leading in a fast-paced environment
2+ years of demonstrated experience in B2B
1+ years of demonstrated success as a commercial DBSL
Demonstrated commitment to commercial DBS, holding a CP or ACP in 2+ DBS commercial tools
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
1+ year of demonstrated sales analytics experience.
