In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • The Credit Card Administrator is responsible for the review and processing of new cards for North America employees. It also supports Outside Suppliers enrolled in the Payment by Credit Card program by notifying them of certain card information at the time of On Boarding into the program. If they are unable to store that information in their system, assisting as need to provide the complete card information for them to charge at the time they receive an authorization from Pall.

  • Monitor the service desk tickets for both the Corporate Card program and Concur to support any issues/questions that employees may have. This includes providing training to the employee where needed as well as trouble shooting any problems they may be experiencing.

  • Support as a primary Master Data gatekeeper for the Concur Travel & Expense application to ensure that the daily feed of profiles from Workday into Concur is functioning properly and in the format needed to support existing and future features. Manually enter profiles when an employee can’t wait for the automated feed and make sure we comply with the existing standards of who can and can’t have a Travel and/or Expense profile. Investigate and coordinate with the Boomi team if there are problems with the automated feed.

  • Ensure compliance with internal and external audit requirements related to expense report and credit card spend. Run reports and provide the data as requested. Coordinate and act as the Administrator with US Bank.

  • Maintain the PO Approval Workflow for all locations. This involves distributing the workflows to both the Life Science and Industrial Global Procurement teams to ensure the accuracy of the existing workflows as well as entering any needed changes.

    The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field preferred. Associates degree accepted with minimum of five years of comparable experience.

  • Knowledge of Finance with an emphasis in Accounts Payable with a basic knowledge of Procurement. Knowledge of Travel & Expense policies and procedures, and additional education and training in various computer applications is preferred.

  • Working knowledge of Concur Travel, SAP or other ERP Systems, Banking Credit Card System or willingness to learn. Training will be provided.

  • Experience working with internal customers, suppliers and cross functional teams.

  • Flexibility to manage workload while setting realistic expectations of completion dates.
