This position is responsible for driving successful outcomes with regard to multiple concurrent projects in the Digital world. These projects will relate to digital analytics and establish a customer “golden record” with multiple data sources, as well as digital platform capability enhancement, process improvement, end user training, and report development.

This is a hands-on technical manager role, responsible for building, maintaining, and improving Pall's customer data management & analytics platform. A successful candidate must be a results oriented and a creative problem solver who thrives on learning and team collaboration. The role is specifically responsible for installing and enhancing capabilities within the customer analytics space, resolving reporting issues related to data sampling, extraction of data through APIs, and ensuring robust and consistent reporting on eCommerce performance and attribution. This role will partner with the digital reporting team.

Required Experience

  • Current and extensive expertise with CDP (Customer Data Platforms such as Segment, Salesforce C360, Adobe, Twillo, Demandbase, leadspace or similar ) ABM ( Account Based Management ) is also acceptable

  • B2B e-commerce , digital marketing / analytics experience

  • Adept at building a data layer for customer data management.

  • Expertise with digital data quality, mastery of SQL and reporting on digital activities, attribution, and conversions.

  • Demonstrable experience with SEO, project management, data modelling, or eCommerce projects

  • Experienced user of online PM (such as MS Project, Zoho, Wrike, Podio)

  • Confident Excel user with a passion for data analysis

  • Team oriented with strong people management and / or vendor management experience with strong leadership capabilities and mentoring capabilities.

  • BS or BA degree in a technical field or commensurate business experience

  • Work safely and to align with the company’s health, safety and environmental (HSE) policies and procedures. #LI-remote #LI-SB2
