Customer Success Manager, North America

Do you want to be part of a growing business? The Customer Success Manager has a single focus; ensure Aivia users go from image to insights in the shortest time. Aivia’s unique blend of powerful solutions include deep learning powered image segmentation / classification / painting / prediction / restoration, automated 3D neuronal analysis, 3D object detection and tracking, real-time machine learning aided image segmentation, cloud computing, advanced machine learning phenotype discovery and classification, in addition to twelve 2D and 2D+time image analysis applications for life sciences.

This exciting new position is ideal for an individual that excels at customer satisfaction, life sciences, microscopy and image analysis. The job can be based anywhere within the designated territory (telecommuting). The successful candidate will benefit from joining the team at an early stage which provides unique growth opportunities. Note: This is a telecommute / remote job. The selected candidate can be in any major metro area in North America.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Meet all quarterly and annual customer support targets.

  • Directly contribute to meeting all quarterly and annual sales targets.

  • Research customers’ image analysis requirements and provide solutions.

  • Nurture and mature relationships with key science centers, scientists and key opinion leaders in academia and industry.

  • Travel 5 to 10 days per quarter (when possible, post-Covid 19 crisis)

OUR EXPECTATIONS

Experience Required

  • Consistent track record in customer support roles

  • Expertise in bio image analysis

  • Strong computer skills. Expertise in the set-up, use and deployment of a CRM

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills along with effective time management and personal organization

Preferred

  • Experience using microscopy and/or image analysis software

  • Hands-on experience with advanced microscopy systems (e.g. confocal, multi-photon, spinning disk, light sheet / SPIM, electron microscopy (EM), 3D X-Ray or CT / MRI imaging).

  • Collaborative approach to work is highly valued.

Education

  • BA / BS or MS degree in biology or chemistry, or a related scientific field

Desired qualifications express expectations for ideal/fully proficient candidates; equivalent experience will also be considered.
