The Digital Customer Experience Manager is responsible for the execution of the Digital Customer Experience (DCx) operations strategy for the Americas (US, Canada, and LATAM). In this newly created role, you will have an opportunity to lay the groundwork for a successful rollout of Cepheid's e-commerce platform and help create a unified, seamless, comprehensive digital customer experience.

This position is part of the newly created Digital Customer Experience organization and can be based remotely, preferably in the South East region. This team has aspirations to provide proactive customer engagement, rich content regionally tailored on products and trends, and digital purchasing, while providing the best onboarding experience and advancing support.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Assist in creating the global strategy for DCx Operations and drive the execution of this strategy across EMEA

  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Business Operations, Order Management, Finance, Sales Operations, Business Transformation, Supply Chain to help standardize, create and improve foundational processes enabling the digital customer experience and a successful implementation of the e-commerce platform at the regional level

  • Perform readiness assessments and value-stream mapping with each function and develop key change management actions

  • Drive and coordinate several projects and core processes, ensuring cross-functional teams stay focused and move forward on strategic DCx goals.

  • Support the regional implementation of the Global eProcurement strategy

  • Maintain KPIs, dashboards, and other tracking mechanisms to provide visibility to key stakeholders on large scale DCx projects and initiatives. ​

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in field with 5+ years of related work experience OR Master’s degree in field with 3+ years of related work experience OR Doctoral degree in field with 0-2 years of related work experience.

  • Experience supporting transformation initiatives, including leading project/program management and change management

  • Ability to travel 20% - regional and some international travel is required

    It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Life Science or equivalent industry-related experience preferred

  • Fluently speaking other languages, such as Spanish or Portuguese
