What you’ll do
Work in partnership with global and regional business stakeholders to support the execution of the Global Trade strategy for North and South America.
Support regional compliance and duty management programs including (but not limited to) import/export operations, HTS classification, duty drawback, ISA, relevant free trade agreements, valuation, and other programs.
Support cross-functional initiatives with Tax, Legal, Logistics, IT, Global Security, Warehouse, Manufacturing and Finance teams to provide strategic input into supply chain decisions.
Manage SOPs and activities of customs brokers to ensure timely and compliant border clearance.
Support data management projects related to parts databases and associated HTS and PGA designations.
Who you are
Minimum of 5 years of import/export operations and/or trade compliance experience.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a cross-functional, global team environment.
Experience supporting both import and export regulatory compliance programs; both at the operational and strategic program levels.
Working knowledge of PGA requirements and function.
Ability to thrive in a fast-changing landscape and adaptable to changes in priorities and strategies.
Solid communication and analytical skills, including being willing and able to communicate with others from different counties and cultures.
