What you’ll do

  • Work in partnership with global and regional business stakeholders to support the execution of the Global Trade strategy for North and South America.

  • Support regional compliance and duty management programs including (but not limited to) import/export operations, HTS classification, duty drawback, ISA, relevant free trade agreements, valuation, and other programs.

  • Support cross-functional initiatives with Tax, Legal, Logistics, IT, Global Security, Warehouse, Manufacturing and Finance teams to provide strategic input into supply chain decisions.

  • Manage SOPs and activities of customs brokers to ensure timely and compliant border clearance.

  • Support data management projects related to parts databases and associated HTS and PGA designations.

Who you are

  • Minimum of 5 years of import/export operations and/or trade compliance experience.

  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a cross-functional, global team environment.

  • Experience supporting both import and export regulatory compliance programs; both at the operational and strategic program levels.

  • Working knowledge of PGA requirements and function.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-changing landscape and adaptable to changes in priorities and strategies.

  • Solid communication and analytical skills, including being willing and able to communicate with others from different counties and cultures.
