The HR Business Partner, Enabling Functions provide HR Business Partner (HRBP) support for several global functional client group(s). The focus of this role is supporting the IDT associate experience and enabling IDT to achieve strategic objectives by enhancing leadership and organizational effectiveness through the acquisition of talent, performance management, associate development, retention, and engagement, and organizational structure and design. This HRBP, Enabling Functions must be able to link human resources strategies to business objectives, and counsel and advise management on a variety of topics related to talent including design and implementation of training, performance management, and organizational design and ensure compliance with relevant labor laws. In doing so, the HRBP Enabling Functions may lead organizational transformation projects, or lead implementation within specific client group(s). This position reports to the Senior Manager, Enabling Functions and must forge strong working relationships with diverse stakeholders, including the Human Resources Center of Excellence and HR Operations organization.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Consult with leaders on talent and organizational design challenge, including supporting organizational goals on developing a robust internal talent pipeline
Anticipate challenges and recommend innovative solutions for problems of moderate complexity across a spectrum of human capital related challenges
Partner with client groups and Talent Acquisition to acquire diverse and skilled talent for assigned client groups and effectively immerse new talent into the business
Support associate engagement, retention, and development by implementing programmatic approaches and coaching and consulting on 1-on-1 basis, as appropriate
Drive successful execution of the performance management process within assigned client groups including: supporting performance calibration sessions; coaching leaders on tough conversations; creating performance improvement plans and development plans
Drive and manage workforce planning and headcount management to align strategies with business priorities
Collaborate with clients on internal movement decisions; transfers, promotions, job enhancements and ensure decisions are aligned with talent and skill gaps, development plans and career pathing while ensuring movement aligns with company leveling guides and policy
Support the IDT Human Resources organization to manage HR processes and programs in a metric-based, programmatic way by measuring key performance indicators and leveraging data to gauge the associate experience or program adoption, and leading from the front by leveraging Danaher Business System tools and supporting execution of the HR kaizen funnel
Support clients and VP HR on confidential projects
The essential requirements of the job include:
5 of more years’ experience as a HR Business Partner, including several years’ experience coaching and influencing L1 leaders; sophisticated skills in mediating, negotiating, coaching, and social contracting
Demonstrated success leading organizational design initiatives such as restructuring or organizational transformations in a complex cross-functional environment; experience social contracting with senior leaders to appropriately prioritize, develop timelines in view of competing priorities, and scope projects
Business Acumen must be developing and HRBPs must be able to understand and articulate IDT’s strategy, and to translate that strategy into understanding of a client group / function(s) critical f
Experience leading compliance and employee relations investigations of moderate complexity, and experience the organization and individuals on best-in-class leadership behaviors and compliance environment
It would be a plus if you had previous experience in:
Certified practitioner in DBS Fundamentals, or Certified Trainer in DBS Leadership courses
Experience participating in Operating Company strategic planning process
Experience coaching senior leaders on their development plans, and those of their associates, in an environment where D4G and P4G adoption remains nascent.
The salary range for this role is $100,000 to 140,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
