Danaher Corporation Learning Program Manager - DBS in New York, New York

  • Establish and maintain the core DBS learning curriculum:

  • Manage creation of DBS learning content – eLearning modules, learning videos, and DBS 1-Point Lessons, along with other media as needed

  • Be an active and valued member of the DBS Tool Development Standard Work Process, providing adult learning guidance as needed to launch DBS tools.

  • Conduct needs analysis (surveys, etc) to define current state of DBS learning, expectations and gaps across the segments and domains

  • Leverage and contribute to the rationalized Roadmap and One Source of Truth (OST)

  • Lead and participate in the creation of SW and governance for DBS Learning

  • Drive alignment of the Leadership Segment and Leadership Segment processes within the larger DBS construct:

  • Support Leadership tool launches with DBS domain expertise and guidance

  • Work closely with the Corporate DBSL/L1 Leadership DBSL to serve as a resource for learning programs for Leadership

  • Lead projects and consult with the DBSO to define, develop and globally implement the DBS learning curriculum.

  • Advise senior Danaher leaders, Segment champions, and others on the linkages between DBS learning within their frameworks, tools, best practices and courses

  • Strengthen and enable our facilitator network:

  • Serve as tool process owner (TPO) for the DBS Tool, Training and Facilitation Techniques (TFTI)

  • Leverage personal certification in select courses & programs to facilitate and achieve first-hand knowledge of the facilitator and participant experience and driving continuous improvement, as appropriate

  • Manage the translations of all DBS tools and eLearning modules to assist in global facilitation of DBS

  • Shape the strategy and governance of the DBS curriculum in the Workday Learning Management System (LMS):

  • Leverage LMS experience in directing the configuration of the DBS curriculum, process and governance needs

  • Own the DBS 1-Point Lesson program (including the content funnel) soliciting support from the Sr. DBS Communications Manager as needed and bring it into Workday

  • Research and plan forward the best ways to elevate DBS learning experiences, including serving as the curator for LinkedIn Learning content for DBS

  • Review and build readily available technology solutions (Miro, Poppulo and others) into programs, communications and sustainment activities to promote scale and penetration.

  • Key Requirements:

  • Four-year college degree; or equivalent combination of education and experience

  • Demonstrated experience managing external vendors and partners, as well as showing cross-functional leadership

  • Strong communication and facilitation skills

  • Proven track record of on-time delivery of projects

  • Ability to manage multiple program needs, tasks and deadlines

  • Experience using programs such as Articulate 360, or RISE, for overseeing eLearning modules

  • Experience with Danaher Business System (DBS) concepts

  • Experience with a learning management system (LMS), or Workday Learning, a plus

  • Travel requirements: <10%
